You agree to release and hold harmless Pink Lotus Wellness and Spa and its therapists from any claims, damages, or liability arising from services provided, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Liability waivers are commonly used to ensure clients understand risks and agree not to hold the provider responsible for outcomes

8. Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled appointments. Full service fees may still apply.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Pink Lotus Wellness and Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Inappropriate behavior
• Failure to follow policies
• Safety concerns
